Tartar Sauce for Friday Fish Frys


I am definitely a Hellman's fan, yuk to the Kraft Miracle Whip... sorry.   They even have a commercial about which one you like!  
With perch or pickerel you need this to hit the side of your plate.  Love it and the key is to make it about a few hours ahead so it has a chance to marinate its flavours together.  We eat ours with little bits in it but if you prefer a smoother version you can finish it in the food processor.   

In a small bowl mix together all below and chill.
1 cup Hellman's Light Mayo
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp finely chopped spanish onion 
1 tbsp finely chopped dill pickle or you can use the Bick's Dill Pickle Relish
1 tbsp finely chopped and peeled granny smith apple
