Do you love tender fall off the bone ribs?  Yes T-man I know you love these!
Everyone has a method to getting this done, some people boil them in water or prebake them or marinate or soak them but I think this is the smartest way to do it and my family loves how tender these are.  The secret is a lemon.... who knew!  Actually President's Choice did - I have a PC BBQ cookbook and I had never seen it done this way before.
I buy a side of pork ribs, or riblets or baby back ribs and then do this pre-bake with a lemon before i finish them in any other way.  Also this is great for entertaining since you can do the 5 minute grilling just before you serve.
What you need:
pork ribs
1 lemon thinly sliced, don't bother to remove the seeds or skin
Oven sheet with at least a 1" lip
Tin foil
Water
Seasoning -  I use a Clubhouse Grill Pork Seasoning
BBQ sauce
Method:
Oven at 325F
Pat seasoning all over the meat side of the pork ribs and place them face down in the oven pan, lay sliced lemons on top which is the skin side.
Cover with tin foil from one side to the other, you can leave the ends open so you can pour in the water after it goes in the oven.  If you fill with water now you are going to spill it moving around.
Put the pan in oven and "then" using a pitcher of water fill the pan up about 1/2 inch.   You will not make a mess now!
Ok - close the door and set your timer - in about 1 hour see if there is still some water in the pan, add enough to cover the bottom of the pan and continue to bake about another 1/2 hour.   You don't want to dry out the pan completely.   Take foil off and check with a fork, the meat should be very tender and pull away from the bone easily.   Small portions are about 1.5 hours, if you want to do about 4 racks you will need a couple of lemons, 2.5 hours and watch that your water does not dry out.
Remove from oven (see pic) - remove the foil and lemons and flip the ribs over to a serving platter.  You can even cover and refrigerate at this point for finishing and serving in a day or too.
BBQ them now or later today, only need about 5 minutes to grill or you can finish them in the broiler just as quickly.   Cover with your favorite BBQ sauce or none if you prefer.  I also add a bit more seasoning at this time.
