Rhubarb custard pie

  • Spring is Here,,, rhubarb is ready!  Don’t you love cutting your own and making something fresh from your yard....  
Chop 2 cups fresh rhubarb. Set aside.
In big bowl add all ingredients.  Mix together. 
Add rhubarb to mix.  Pour into 9 inch pie crust. Bake at 350 f for 50 minutes.  Foil edges to stop dark browning.
